PUBLIC NOTICE Please Take notice that the Germantown Zoning Board of Appeals will hold Two Public Hearings on July 18, 2024, at the Germantown Town Hall, beginning at 7:00pm on the matters of:
Benjamin Davidson who seeks an Area Variance of 17”height of his Accessory Structure to be constructed at his property at 4681 Route 9G, and,
Joseph Petracca who seeks an Area Variance for a 7 foot high fence in the Front and Side yards of his property located at 2 Northern Boulevard.
All interested parties are welcomed to attend via Zoom, which can be found on the Calendar of the Germantown website at https://germantownny.org, and be heard on this matter.
