Please take notice that the Germantown Planning Board will hold Two Public Hearings on September 26, 2024, at the Germantown Town Hall,50 Palatine Park Road, Germantown, NY 12526 beginning at 7:00pm.:
A State Environmental Quality Review (“SEQR”) Act hearing: The purpose of the public hearing is to hear all interested parties concerning potential adverse environmental impacts of the proposed application for Site Plan and Special Use Permit approval from Twin Ponds Solar, LLC to develop an approximately 5 MW AC Solar Energy System on a 47.5-acre parcel located at 708 County Route 8, Germantown, New York 12526 (Tax ID: 169.-1-35) and:
A Site Plan Review and Special Use Permit for a proposed Tavern serving beer, cider and wine at the Property of Tracy Martin located at 3 Church Avenue, Germantown, New York 12526.
