PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Germantown shall hold a public hearing on September 10, 2024 at 6:30 pm at the Town Hall, 50 Palatine Park Road, Germantown, NY 12526 to hear all interested parties concerning proposed Local Law No. B of 2024, providing for a local law designating a fire lane in front of 220 Main Street (County Route 33). Written public comments may also be submitted to townboard@germantownny.org prior to the public hearing. The Town Board’s monthly meeting will directly follow the public hearing.
