Germantown Library sits next to Palatine Park in a garden setting with ample parking. In addition to its own collection of books, DVDs and CDs it offers access to over 1.3 million items in the Mid-Hudson Library System. Just request on-line at http://germantownlibrary.org. In only a few days you will be notified by telephone that your item has arrived! The library also organizes a wide variety of speaker programs, workshops, yoga classes and Tai Chi classes, as well as a book club. The Germantown Library’s many volunteers support the Library through fund-raising and others ways critical to the Library’s ability to provide services.
