NOTICE OF TOWN BOARD WORKSHOP, PUBLIC HEARING AND REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Germantown shall hold a Town Board Workshop on July 12, 2022 at 6:30 pm at 50 Palatine Park Road, Germantown, NY 12526 to receive comments from the public on utilization of ARPA funding to renovate the Kellner Community Activities Building as an Emergency Operations Center.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Germantown shall hold a public hearing on July 12, 2022 at 6:45 pm at the Town Hall, 50 Palatine Park Road, Germantown, NY 12526 to hear all interested parties concerning proposed Local Law No. 1 of 2022, revising the Zoning Map to extend the Hamlet Mixed-use zoning district and rezone all tax parcels with road frontage on Main Street from the intersection of Main Street and Church Avenue to the intersection of Main Street and Hover Avenue, comprised of a total of approximately 31.54 acres, to Hamlet Mixed-Use. Written public comments may also be submitted to townboard@germantownny.org prior to the public hearing.

The Town Board’s monthly meeting will directly follow the public hearing. Members of the public may attend the public hearing and meeting in person at Town Hall, 50 Palatine Park Road, Germantown, NY 12526 or via Zoom audio/video technology by accessing the link on the calendar on the Town’s website at germantownny.org. .
