PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Germantown shall hold public hearings on November 12, 2024 starting at 6:45 pm at the Town Hall, 50 Palatine Park Road, Germantown, NY 12526 to hear all interested parties concerning the following:
Proposed Local Law C of 2024, establishing income levels for real property tax exemption for qualifying senior citizens.
Proposed Local Law D of 2024, establishing income levels for real property tax exemption for qualifying disabled and low income citizens.
Written public comments may also be submitted to townboard@germantownny.org prior to the public hearings.
The Town Board’s monthly meeting will directly follow the public hearings.
Members of the public may attend the public hearings and meeting in person at Town Hall, 50 Palatine Park Road, Germantown, NY 12526 or via Zoom audio/video technology by accessing the link below.
